Attaching Outlook Emails in IO

Can we attach Microsoft Outlook emails to IO as an attachment? I've tried to no avail. I would like others to be able to see the full email thread as well as use the email to contact the customer if necessary. These emails may originate outside of IO. This would be very helpful for customers PO information as well as collection notes to be accessed by others within the organization.

Attaching live, interactive Microsoft Outlook emails directly to a lead in IO is not possible. Our system can only handle file attachments.
The best workaround is to save the email thread as a PDF document and then upload the PDF as an attachment to the lead to allow everyone to view the communication history.

If you have the CRM, you can sync your emails to IO so that emails are in the leads and on customer profiles.

I wouldn’t want all of my emails open to go in to IO. About a week ago, all of my emails started populating in IO (something about my worker id/email address??). I handle a lot of confidential emails that cannot go into IO. Perhaps there is a way around that?

Thanks for the info. Preference is to hang an outlook email in IO as an attachment when deemed necessary. Thanks for putting on the enhancement list.
