Delivery Emails - All Unread
We send a delivery confirmation email each week with drop/collect times. Usually we have about 50% of people read these, the rest we follow up with text/call etc.
This week, we had a new worker send the emails and that rate skyrocketed to 95% that seem to have not read the email. In the logs, the IP address is blank for that worker.
Does that have anything to do with it and why did the customers may not have received their emails?
