IO Phone on Worker Profile

When Charity logs in to her profile on, she doesn't have access to IO Phone Bar. I granted her full permissions for everything. Is the setting somewhere else?

It’s optional to specify worker access per number, as the page explains

Optionally decide who can initiate outbound calls with this number. By default, every worker will have access to it.

So right now you only granted access to that number for yourself. You could either remove yourself, and it will show up for all users with worker permissions for it, or grant Charity access to it as well.


Sorry, I forgot to mention WHERE this setting is. It's in IO Phone->Numbers:
