Is there a way to notify an employee of new text that come in that is for them?


Ie. I'd like employee text that come in to be routes mostly to Vince. So he gets a notification.


Idea. If I set up a filter that says if numbers include XYZ and automation to text Vince as a notification, would he get it every time a text comes in or just once?

Setting up a notification filter for texts from a specific number is challenging since automations are designed to trigger per lead or customer.


This could be a feature considered for development, but a workaround you could try is to create a customer profile for each of your workers and assign Vince as the sales rep for those profiles. I think this would ensure he receives alerts for all IO Phone communications related to those profiles.
