Remove overnight in back office to 1 day

I have a client Peter Dolan that just booked an event and chose overnight which I charge an extra $25(I think) for. I want to change the quote to just 1 day and have the hours be 12-8 but the system will not let me. I believe it is because he chose overnight. I can't figure out where to remove 'overnight'.
