Time clock records

Reading the KB 10x maybe it's because that's for in progress time clocks?

Sorry, I don't think we understand...are you saying you dont' see time clock records on payroll? Shifts Page?

Referring to the last section of the link I sent. If I click into a shift, I don't see any time records at the bottom of the page like what's shown in the image.

If I'm on the shift page and click into a time clock type line I can do a couple of things but not when I click into a shift type line. Does that make sense?

Ok, here's how this is supposed to work:

As noted above, this Shift does show Timeclock data (https://rental.software/account/#/settings/shifts/shift,6012557):

Here they’re able to “click into a shift type line” and view & manipulate Timeclock data. But not all timeclock records have a shift associated with them. Only those that do will show this way.

This is my understanding, anyway. It appears to be functioning properly, although there may be cases where a timeclock record should be associated with a shift and is not.

Ok, so there's one but it seems like most of my shifts don't have a time clock associated. For instance, on the shift page today I have a shift for smorr for Kristian. He's scheduled to deliver it. His shift is on the lead. But when I click into his shift on the shift page there is no associated time lock. But a little further down, he has a timeclock in progress. How will I know when a shift is associated and when it's not?
