The IO Phone Dialer is a pop-out window that is an alternative to the phone bar. When you are using the dialer on desktops, we will prefer the dialer over the phone bar and not open the phone bar. You can still open the phone bar should you wish to use it. You may also close the dialer if you want to use the phone bar exclusively. When using a mobile device, the phone bar will not be available. Instead, we will always use the dialer.
Clicking to call a number when the dialer is in use will put the number in the dialer. You have all of the same functionality of the phone bar inside the dialer. Since we have more space in the dialer, we have moved some options from menus to being more apparent on the screen.
