IO Phone - Custom Rules

Custom rules allow you to set temporary or permanent rules based on the "from" number or customer that is calling and direct them to the employee in your company that should be fielding the call.  If you are expecting a call, you can set a custom rule to expire in the next hour that will direct them to you.
