Vendor PO going to Unsigned PO

Hey IO,

Hope you're well!

I just got an alert today that a vendor signed a PO I sent out for this order here. But when I click on the link, it opens up a PO that is not signed. I then went back to the order and saw that there are now two POs, one that I created earlier today and then the one that was signed. Is there a reason why these may be duplicated and then sending out the wrong link in the alerts?

When I sent the PO to the vendor, I just clicked "Email PO" in the rental ares, could this be adding aa duplicated PO? Is there a better way to do this so I don;t create duplicates?

I also included the email I received below:

I sent this over for a developer to take a look. We will let you know what they advise.

We've fixed the issue with the contract links in the alert email. This may have been causing the duplicate PO, let us know if you continue to experience an issue.

Hey Anthony, I also had another duplicate PO in this order as well. Could you take a look and let me know what the issue might be here? Thanks! https://rental.software/account/#/leads/52217787/entity-log

Hey Anthony,

I hope you're well!

I had a weird thing happen today where we got three POs signed for a single event. Do you think this might be a coding error or something along those lines?

I have the event linked out here for reference: https://rental.software/account/#/leads/51832367/po

This is the first time I'm seeing this so I wanted to make sure this didn't continue to happen here. Thanks for your help!

It looks like the vendor may have pressed to sign multiple times? Have you seen this happen since?

We didn't have this issue until yesterday when all three came in at once, and then again today with a double PO. My assumption was that the vendor PO acted like a customer contract and would "lock" after it was signed. Is this a different case with the vendor POs?

Do you have the lead # that this happened on today?

Hey Susan,

The one from the other day that had 3 POs is here: https://rental.software/account/#/leads/51832367/po

The one that happened today is here: https://rental.software/account/#/leads/52217787/entity-log

We've found and fixed an issue so that the vendor cannot sign the PO contract more than one time.
