Residential Events:
Please enter your actual event time. We arrive 1-4 hours before the event start time to set up.  Your party start time is NOT your delivery time.  Earliest party start time is 10:00am.  Latest party end time is 7:00pm.  If your event is outside these hours, an overnight rental is needed.  Cheapest rental rate is an event duration of 2-6 hours.

Delivery Type:    Delivery includes set up and take down.  Minimum $100.00 order required for delivery.  We do not allow customer pick up and returns. 
If you are flexible for delivery, you give us permission to deliver and or pick up within 24 hours of your event start / end time, if needed.  Same day will be delivered / picked up within a 4 hour window of the start / end time.  Park locations will have a 2 hour window of the start / end time. 

Tax Exempt?  Email your sales tax exempt certificate
to info@thejumpyplace.com with your invoice #
and we will remove the sales tax from the order.
This must be done prior to final payment.  

                                                     

 Accidental Damage Waiver (+7%):  Uncheck to decline. For an additional 7% of the rental item price, you will be protected from any accidental damage caused by anything not outlined in the rental agreement.  Exclusions include, but not limited to, damages caused by silly string, pets, sharp objects, theft,  fire, vandalism and intentional damage.

Delivery and pick up flexible?  We typically deliver your unit 1-4 hours before your event starts and have a 4 hour widow to pick up after the event is over however some weekends we get extremely busy and need to deliver the day before and / or pick up the day after the event.  Are you flexible for the delivery / pick up date or does it need to be the same day as event only?
