Delivery Options: All standard deliveries will be delivered in a 5-hour window frame before the time you select or schedule for us to deliver. Please allow 1-2 hours for our pick-up time. Please understand that we have several clients to serve and can only offer them a 1-2 hour window for pickup times, especially on weekends. PLEASE NOTE: If you require a delivery and pickup at the specific time you selected or scheduled, this service would have an additional price of $50.00 increase from the regular or standard price for delivery and $50.00 increase from the regular or standard price for pickup. - See Delivery Info Page for full details.

Possible Delivery a day before/ Pick-up a day after: We sometimes have to arrive the day before and pick-up one day after your event to get all of the Rental Items out on time, but we do not charge for the extra time. By selecting yes it does NOT guarantee that we will arrive a day before to deliver or a day after to pick up. It is ONLY a possibility. (Please let us know if you agree with this option)

Permission to enter? Do we have permission to install with you not around? We will send photos for approval of the setup location. If you answer yes we are assuming we can pick up if you are not around. If an issue please mention in the comments.

Accidental Damage Waiver Fee

Our Damage Waiver? For 10% of your total rental costs we will waive any unintentional damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, excluding intentional damage and theft (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following: silly string, gum, paint, markers, pens, cuts, slices, pets, punctures by sharp objects and burned damage from fireworks, cigarettes, etc. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
