Contract and Terms
Information & Terms: An authorized signature on your contract will reserve your space on our schedule. The full balance is due on the day of completion. Mighty Wash will be herein referred to as the "Company" and the responsible party as the "Customer"
Cancellation Policy: This contract, after signing, is a legal and binding contract. To reschedule, sufficient notice must be given - at least 48 hours prior to start of your project.
Timing & Weather - Weather conditions affect our ability to complete projects. Inclement weather leading up to, or including, the estimated start-date for your project may affect our start-date/time. We will make every effort to complete your project in the timeframe provided.
What is Included? A house wash or concrete cleaning will remove organic substances from the home or concrete (dirt, algae, mold, pollen & lichen). This does not include removal of rust stains, fall-out, paint splatter, grease etc
Merger Clause: This signed Contract contains the entire agreement between the Customer and Company. No amendment, whether from previous or subsequent negotiations between the Lessee and the Lessor, shall be valid or enforceable unless in writing and agreed to by all parties to this contract. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect the other provisions hereof.
Mighty Wash will:
1. Provide the services detailed in the NOTES section or as otherwise agreed in writing according to standard industry practices.
2. Make every attempt to mitigate damage to surrounding landscaping. There is a risk that some delicate landscaping may be affected during our cleaning process.
3.Take pictures before, during and after your project. Any damage present prior to our cleaning will be documented electronically.
Customer will:
1. Ensure that all windows, doors and other openings to the home are closed and water-tight prior to Mighty Wash beginning the project.
2. REFRAIN from using water during the project. Our machines can be damaged by fluctuating water pressure levels.
3.Ensure that all objects, toys, and pet droppings are clear of the areas Mighty Wash will be working.
