Position Overview:
Our creative balloon decor company is currently hiring for part-time production and install staff to contribute to the exciting tasks of inflating, creating, delivering, and installing balloon decor. Seeking motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and high attention to detail. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, with room for growth within the company. Location and Hours:

Workshop located in Walker, Louisiana. We primarily service clients in Baton Rouge. Part-time role for production and install staff, approximately 25 – 35 hours per week. (May vary based on workload). Primarily Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm-ish, with rotating weekdays off. (Ideal for moms with older kids who want to work while the kids are at school.)

We are an event company, so weekend availability is a must for deliveries and installs. Working every weekend isn't required and shifts are generally short, depending on number of events. Weekdays off are rotated when weekends are worked.

Desired Team Member Characteristics:

Team Member Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in a team environment preferred.    

Note: No individuals with bad backs or fear of heights, as we often use ladders.

Starting pay is $11-12/hour with quarterly evaluations and opportunities for raises and bonuses.
